The High School Hoops Showdown at the Sears Centre will be Saturday at 4:30. Tickets will be available at the door. The cost is $11 for students, $13 for adults and includes all three games. You can also big tickets online.

 A rematch of last season’s Jacobs Sectional Semi-final that was won by Huntley, 57-46.  The “Red Raiders”, defending Valley Division Champions of the Fox Valley Conference, have only lost once on a last second buzzer beater.  The “Maroons” (also with only one loss), defending Upstate Eight River Division Champions, are led by Kory Brown, last season’s Daily Herald “Player of the Year”, in the Fox Valley.  Will Elgin make amends? -Sears Centre website
