Jennifer Meghan Kearns, 19, of Huntley, died Wednesday in an auto accident. Visitation will be Tuesday from 3 to 8 pm Tuesday at Bethany Lutheran Church, Crystal Lake, and Wednesday from 10 am until a funeral service at 11 am at the church. Burial will be in Union Cemetery, Union.
Kearns was born July 9, 1992, in Barrington, the daughter of James and Dacia (Bunt) Kearns. She was a 2010 graduate of Huntley High School and attended Illinois State and Northern Illinois universities. She is survived by her parents; her sister, Erika, and brother, Ryan, and her grandparents, Barbara Kearns of Monroe, WI, and Robert and Nancy Bunt of Huntley.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in her name may be directed to the Jennifer M. Kearns Memorial Fund to be donated among the Mission Save a Smile c/o Bethany Lutheran Church, the McHenry County 4H, the American Heart Association and the American Cancer Society.
