It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia is a gem of comedy.
It follows twins Dennis and Dee, their ‘father’ Frank, and their friends Mac and Charlie as they run their bar Paddy’s Pub, plot to scam others out of money, and go on other outrageous adventures.
This is the most narcissistic, selfish, self-absorbed, horrible group of people that have ever been onscreen at the same time. They really are awful, awful people, yet often times they are so funny it doesn’t matter.
However, the anti-heroes of ‘Always Sunny’ hardly ever prevail, so there is some justice in the show.
The show is witty and brilliant in its satire, not to mention so hilarious it leaves audiences breathless from laughter.
‘Always Sunny’ returns for its tenth season on Jan. 14 and is set up to continue its run through season 12, making it the longest running show in cable history.
