This is a simple drawing of an eye using charcoal pencils. I first drew out the simple shapes of the eye using a regular mechanical pencil. Then, I took a charcoal 557-4B soft pencil from General’s and started defining the inner eye, also using the General’s Semi-Hex drawing pencil to blend it together. Then I started defining the eyelid, also using the soft pencil, and blending it out with Q-tips and my finger. After that, I drew out the eyelashes using a mechanical pencil, then when I liked the placement I went over them in the soft pencil as well.
