Former Speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich will be arriving in Illinois today to begin campaigning for election day next week for the Republican primaries. According to Illinois with Newt, the candidate will be holding a rally with his wife at a private hanger at the Lake in the Hills airport off of Pyott Road.

The event will be from 2:30-3:30 on Thursday and is expected to bring hundreds of supporters to the area.
