NBA Trades Make or Break: League Legends

The 2020-2021 NBA season is catching the attention of fans all across the country. The competition is rising as some of the top teams bump heads, yearning for the number one position in their conference. 

This year’s conference leaders currently are the Philadelphia 76ers with a 0.667 win rate in the Eastern Conference and the Utah Jazz with a 0.75 win rate in the Western conference. 

Leading the 76ers we have all-stars Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons. Being the combined positions of center and guard, the duo has the potential to make devastating screen plays. Simmons, playing as a guard, currently has the most playtime on court and the highest shot percentage on the team.

Leading the Jazz, we also have another pair of all-stars with positions center and guard. We have Rudy Gobert and Donovan Mitchell, another destructive duo with the guard, Mitchell, having the highest playing time on the team of 42 minutes per game. 

Updates on the rookies of the 2020-2021 NBA season mostly involve heavy news around rookie LaMelo Ball being the center of attention to the fans with him making outstanding plays on the court. Being part of the Charlotte Hornets, Ball has plenty of opportunities to expand and grow his career and story.

The 2021 All-Star Draft is on its way to the fans and to everyone who watches basketball. As the season continues to host its events, there will be two teams consisting of the best players from around the league and they will compete for whatever team believes they are the better conference. The battle of the East and the West has always been enjoyable and exciting for fans to watch.

The 2020-2021 season has overall been thrilling to watch and intense to see the differences some trades and draft picks make on the performances from the previous season. Fans can not wait to see what is in store for them in the future of the NBA season.
