The excitement begins as the “Guardians of the Galaxy” fans wait to play the newest video game. “Marvel: Guardians of the Galaxy” was released on Oct. 26. This game will not only attract action or adventure lovers but also involve the fans of the Guardians of the Galaxy series.

This is being released on many different gaming platforms, such as PS4, PS5, XBOX Series X/S, XBOX One, and PC. The Nintendo Switch Cloud Version was also released on Oct. 26. The “Standard Edition” costs $59.99, while the “Deluxe Edition” costs $69.99 with a few more features than in the standard set. 

In this video game, the character being played is named Star Lord and includes many different kinds of power moves and tactics to be able to win the game. There will be a team of “Guardians” fighting on the side as well. Multiple Marvel characters also join throughout the journey within the game.

Each character has their own type of “superpower” that specializes in that specific character’s abilities. Some are good at crawling under fences while others specialize in breaking through doorways. As the player gets further into the game, more skills and powers are added within each specific character. Star Lord specifically can scan areas for weakness in the fifth chapter and beyond. By the fifth chapter, fights and battles tend to get more intense since a higher level is being reached. 

Within the different chapters of the game, various types of music are played to match the mood of the game at that time. It can consist of music that brings an emotional mood and also varies between ‘80s hits and an original album that was made for the game. The game not only brings challenges and levels but also brings a sense of fun to be able to play with some popular Marvel characters. Marvel fans and video game lovers no longer await to play this game, and can finally see what the game has in store for them.
