Lady Gaga has been off the music radar since 2014, a full two years, until recently with the release of “Perfect Illusion,” released Sept. 9, and her most recent single, “Million Reasons.” Both songs are from her upcoming album “Joanne,” named after her middle name, and is set to drop Oct. 21. “Million Reasons” is unlike any Lady Gaga song you have heard. It is a lot slower and more soulful than her pop songs you would know her by, such as “Just Dance” or “Poker Face.” The song, released Oct. 6, has since peaked at number 38 on the Billboard US Digital Songs. To help her jump start her reappearance into the music world, Gaga recently embarked on a promotional concert series, “Dive Bar Tour,” performing at various dive bars across the United States, performing her new singles and other songs as well. “Million Reasons” has been playing in my head since the first time I heard this song, mainly because how easy it is to relate to the lyrics, and how strong Gaga’s voice in the song. Check out a live version of the song below from her “Dive Bar Tour.”
